Statutory right to complain

As a consumer you have the right to complain about original defects within 3 years from receipt under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260) and the Consumer Services Act (1985:716). Businesses have rights under the Sales of Goods Act (1990:931). Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

Our extended commitments

  • 5-year installation warranty on work performed.
  • 5–10 year manufacturer warranty on products (per product sheet).
  • 10-year compressor warranty on selected heat pumps with a service agreement.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover faults caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, damage, voltage transients, frost/water damage, corrosion or modifications by third parties.

How to file a complaint

  1. Email service@kylvarmegruppen.se with photo, serial number and description.
  2. We respond within 2 business days with an action plan.
  3. For approved complaints we resolve the issue at no cost within a reasonable time.

If we cannot agree, the case can be examined by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). See also terms of sale and delivery.
